Replacement controller (ballast) for Chandler Systems' UV11D or UV15D Ultraviolet disinfection systems.  Can also be used to upgrade a system with a UVC-4 controller to the deluxe version. 

This system will require a lamp key to function--please specify in the notes at checkout whether you need the controller to be programmed for the UVLMP-11 or UVLMP-15 lamp key.

Refurbished controllers are warrantied for one year from the date of purchase.
